When is a purchase eligible for a refund?
We want Foxiz to work beautifully for you, and every purchase is backed by our 14-day money-back guarantee. If, within the first 14 days of your purchase, you run into a defect that stops a core part of Foxiz from working, reach out to our support team first and we will do everything we can to fix it. If it turns out to be a genuine issue we are unable to resolve, we will gladly refund your purchase in full. The guarantee is there for genuine issues rather than a change of mind, so we simply ask that you give our support team a chance to help first. Most things are sorted out quickly, and we are always glad to help.
What is not covered?
To keep things fair and our pricing sustainable, a few situations fall outside a refund. Problems caused by a conflict or incompatibility with third-party software, such as other themes, plugins, page builders, hosting or server setups, are not covered. Features that Foxiz was not advertised to include are not covered either, though we always love hearing feature requests. A few purchase changes also do not start a new refund window: upgrading an existing purchase, whether by adding license activations within the same plan, moving from one plan to another (for example, from Starter to Professional), or switching billing cycle (for example, from annual to lifetime); and buying an additional license under a plan.
How do I request a refund?
Just get in touch, as most issues are something our team can fix quickly. If we are unable to resolve a qualifying defect within your 14-day window, email [email protected] from the address you purchased with, or open a request from your Freemius account, and we will take care of it. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
What happens to my license after a refund?
Once a refund is issued, the license for that purchase is cancelled. We ask that you stop using Foxiz and remove the theme and Foxiz Core plugin from any sites where you activated it under that license. Updates, downloads, and premium support for that license end when the refund is processed.
Do renewals or upgrades qualify for a refund?
The 14-day guarantee applies to your first purchase, so renewals and upgrades are not covered by it. If you would rather not renew an annual plan, just cancel future renewals from your Freemius account before the renewal date and you will not be billed again. If a renewal ever catches you by surprise, reach out at [email protected] and we will do our best to help. Upgrades and additional licenses do not start a separate refund window.
Who handles refund eligibility?
In most cases we handle refunds directly under this policy, and Freemius covers eligibility only in the limited situations set out in its EULA. If you bought Foxiz Classic on ThemeForest, those orders follow Envato’s own refund rules rather than this policy, so please go through Envato’s refund process for them. Everything here applies to purchases made directly in this store through Freemius.
