What does support cover?
Support covers theme setup and demo import, help using Foxiz features, bug reports, and compatibility with the latest WordPress. It applies to the Foxiz theme and the Foxiz Core plugin.
How do I get support?
Sign in to your account to open a ticket. Include your license key and a clear description of the issue, along with a staging URL and screenshots where possible, so we can help you as quickly as possible.
Do you offer priority support?
Yes. Professional and Business plans include priority support, so your tickets move to the front of the queue and are answered first.
How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to reply to every ticket within 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday), and often much sooner. Tickets on Professional and Business plans carry priority and are answered first. Response times can still vary with ticket volume, public holidays, and time zones. Giving us clear details up front (your license key, a description of the issue, and a staging URL or screenshots) helps us resolve things in the first reply. Support is provided in English.
How long is support included?
Support is included for as long as your license is active. Lifetime plans include support that never renews. If you purchased Foxiz Classic on ThemeForest, an Envato Regular License includes 6 months of support, which can be extended at the time of purchase.
What is not covered?
Item support keeps Foxiz working as described and helps you use its built-in features. It does not extend to work that is specific to your project, your environment, or third-party tools. The following are outside our support scope:
- Item customization: modifying or extending Foxiz beyond the features, style, and functionality described on the item page. We may be able to help with this as a separate paid service.
- Installation and setup services: installing WordPress or the theme on your server, or configuring your site on your behalf.
- Hosting, server, and environment issues: web hosting, PHP or server configuration, and problems with other software on your machine. Please check with your host or provider.
- Third-party plugins and assets: support for third-party plugins, sliders, or other bundled assets is provided by their own authors. We help with compatibility, but deep conflicts or bugs in third-party code fall outside our scope.
Even when something is outside support, we will still do our best to point you in the right direction.
Where is the documentation?
Browse the Foxiz documentation for setup guides and tutorials. Many questions are answered there before you even need to open a ticket.
